Evans Halshaw Leeds Bodyshop is looking for a Bodyshop Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to our team. This is a part-time position, requiring 25 hours per week (afternoons only), with a basic salary of £16,523 and bonus potential.

The role of Bodyshop Administrator will include:

  • General administrative tasks within the department
  • Managing live job cards
  • Processing invoices and organising bookings
  • Dealing with customers face to face
  • Liaising directly with fleet companies to discuss the progress of work
  • Handling customer inquiries over the phone in a high-pressure environment

To be successful as a Bodyshop Administrator, you’ll need:

  • Experience in an administrative role is essential; motor trade experience is desirable
  • Excellent written communication skills and computer literacy
  • The ability to build good working relationships, liaising with suppliers and customers
  • Good organisational skills and a real team player attitude
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
