As a Sales Executive at BYD, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, customer-focused team that’s all about making car buying simple and accessible. Base pay range: Basic salary of £22,000, OTE of £42,000 (UNCAPPED) plus bonus guaranteed for 6 months, 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact to helping them discover their perfect vehicle to the day they drive away with their new car.
- Building your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence.
- Driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, building rapport to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised.
- Delivering not just a new car but a complete package to help customers make the most of their purchase, upselling accessories, extended warranty, and finance packages.
- Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations.
