What does the role involve?

  • Ensure all warranty and repair work adheres to both manufacturer and company standards
  • Manage the Service department’s budgets, accounts and costs, maximise efficiency and profitability via labour sales, parts and materials
  • Review pricing policies and ensure appropriate legislation is adhered to
  • Lead your Service Team, motivating and coaching to over-achieve targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety processes
  • Enhance customer service levels to achieve a fantastic CSI score for your department
