Salary: £35,282 basic and £49,395 OTE, with company car, pension, life assurance, single health care, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.
Our Hyundai site in Warrington is recruiting an Aftersales Leader to oversee the workshop, Service Advisors, and parts department.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in automotive aftersales. Customer focus and providing excellent customer service are essential. The ideal candidate will be driven, commercially minded, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all warranty and repair work complies with manufacturer and company standards.
- Maximize efficiency and profitability of the Service department through labor sales, parts, and materials, regularly assessing against budget objectives.
- Manage accounts, budgets, and costs for the entire department.
- Review pricing policies regularly and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Lead the team by setting clear targets and KPIs to motivate and achieve excellence.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Enhance customer service levels to achieve high CSI scores for the department.
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
- Experience in a target-driven environment with leadership skills to motivate a team to exceed targets.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to promote customer retention.
- Proven success in managing a workshop or parts department.
- Strong business acumen.
