Accelerator Vehicle Technician
Evans Halshaw – Citroen Banbury
- Basic salary up to £25,479 (age-related pay)

Are you a Level 3 qualified college student looking to fast-track your career to become a Vehicle Technician in a franchised dealer environment? Do you want to work for one of the largest automotive groups in the UK?
Our well-established Citroen Banbury branch is performing excellently, and we are now seeking our next talented Technician. As a future Technician, you will be mentored by top Citroen-trained Vehicle Technicians and work closely with an experienced Service Leader. You will benefit from manufacturer training, a positive work environment, and plenty of support to keep you engaged and progressing.
We welcome applications from Level 3 qualified students who are eager to learn and motivated to become fully qualified Vehicle Technicians within 6 months. We will provide all necessary support, tools, guidance, and training to help you succeed.
What you can expect from this role and programme:
- A dedicated mentor to work with and shadow daily, honing your skills
- An in-depth practical assessment programme with regular reviews to monitor your progress
- Hands-on experience in repairs and maintenance, including clutch and cam belt replacements
- Within a year, the ability to service and maintain customer vehicles, from brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks
