What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out a wide range of bicycle repairs including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, drivetrain maintenance, and suspension servicing.
  • Assembling new bicycles to manufacturer guidelines and ensuring they're safe and ready for sale.
  • Conducting service consultations with customers, diagnosing issues, and providing clear repair recommendations and estimates.
  • Supporting customers in selecting the right parts, upgrades, and accessories for their bikes.
  • Performing safety inspections to highlight and resolve potential issues.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control so every repair meets our safety and service expectations.
  • Organising the workshop, managing spare parts, tools, and stock efficiently.
  • Delivering excellent customer service – explaining repairs, offering advice, and ensuring every rider leaves confident in their bike.

  • Skilled in bicycle mechanics, with experience repairing a wide range of bike types and components.
  • Previous workshop experience as a mechanic/technician is highly desirable.
