As part of the Frasers Group, we’re gearing up to open a brand-new store in Maidstone and are seeking motivated, experienced retail leaders to join our team.

Job Descriptions

Store Manager & Assistant Manager

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, merchandising, health and safety, and financial targets
  • Ensure a positive, memorable experience for every customer by sharing expert product knowledge and advice
  • Maintain an attractive and well-organised store environment aligned with Evans Cycles brand standards
  • Coach and train your team continuously, helping them develop skills and product knowledge
  • Drive store performance through sales targets, KPI tracking, and innovative sales strategies
  • Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and cash handling

Cycle Technician / Supervisor Technician

  • Oversee the workshop team, ensuring high-quality repairs, servicing, and safety checks
  • Lead by example with hands-on mechanical expertise and customer-focused service
  • Manage workshop inventory, tools, and equipment
  • Provide clear, friendly advice and support to customers on bike maintenance and upgrades
  • Maintain high standards of workshop safety and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, preferably within cycling, sports, or outdoor sectors
  • Genuine passion for cycling and a solid understanding of bikes and cycling products
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and motivational skills
