What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out a wide range of bicycle repairs including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, drivetrain maintenance, and suspension servicing.
- Assembling new bicycles to manufacturer guidelines and ensuring they’re safe and ready for sale.
- Conducting service consultations with customers, diagnosing issues, and providing clear repair recommendations and estimates.
- Supporting customers in selecting the right parts, upgrades, and accessories for their bikes.
- Performing safety inspections to highlight and resolve potential issues.
- Maintaining high standards of quality control so every repair meets our safety and service expectations.
