- Welcome and engage customers with friendly, professional advice.
- Build strong product knowledge across bikes, accessories, and clothing.
- Drive sales through smart upselling and cross‑selling that genuinely helps the customer.
- Support stock management and keep the shop floor organised.
- Handle till transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.
