You'll help customers find the bike, kit or advice that gets them rolling and play a key role in maintaining store standards and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers with friendly, professional advice.
  • Build strong product knowledge across bikes, accessories, and clothing.
  • Drive sales through smart upselling and cross‑selling that genuinely helps the customer.
  • Support stock management and keep the shop floor organised.
  • Handle till transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.
  • Promote safe cycling and help customers choose the right safety gear for their ride.
