You'll bring energy, knowledge, and a love for cycling to every conversation, and play a key part in keeping our store, our standards, and our customer experience exactly where they should be.,

Role responsibilities

• Drive sales through smart upselling and cross-selling that genuinely helps the customer.
• Support stock management and keep the shop floor organised.
• Handle till transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.
• Promote safe cycling and help customers choose the right safety gear for their ride.
• A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for cycling. You don't need to be an expert, we'll train you.
• A team-player approach and the pace to thrive in a fast-moving retail environment.
