Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im pflegerischen Bereich. Wünschenswert ist eine absolvierte ERNA-Weiterbildung des DBfK. Sie sind Fachkraft für die Zentrale Notaufnahme und verfügen über Erfahrungen in der Erstversorgung von Notfallpatient:innen. Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit zur kooperativen und konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie verantworten die Erstversorgung von Notfallpatient:innen unter Berücksichtigung der Manchester Triage.
- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich pflegerische Maßnahmen nach ärztlicher Anordnung durch und gestalten einen ressourcenorientierten Pflegeprozess mit.
- Sie pflegen einen professionellen und emphatischen Umgang mit Notfallpatient:innen sowie mit deren Angehörigen.
