Do you thrive on making people feel genuinely welcome? We're looking for a warm, dynamic, and adaptable Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Residence Inn Aberdeen. This is far from a typical front desk role. You'll work across the hotel, reception, food and beverage, making every guest interaction count, from a seamless check-in to a perfectly served breakfast. No two shifts are the same, and that's exactly what makes it exciting.

What you'll do:
- Be the face of Residence Inn Aberdeen, building genuine rapport with guests and creating memorable moments
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations and payments with confidence and care
- Assist with F&B operations, supporting breakfast service and evening operations (serving drinks).
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues at first contact, and go the extra mile every time
