We are seeking a qualified and motivated Criminal Duty Solicitor to join a busy and well-established Criminal Defence team in our London office. This role offers the opportunity to undertake a varied and rewarding criminal caseload, including duty solicitor work. The successful candidate will be able to join the West London Duty Solicitor Rota and provide cover at police stations across the surrounding areas, including Surrey and Berkshire. The position is primarily based at the Heathrow office when not attending court or police stations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Duty Solicitor qualification (CLAS)
- Experience handling a full range of criminal matters
- The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Strong advocacy, organisational and client care skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality criminal defence representation
