Every day, Evam supports first responders handling hundreds of thousands of life-threatening incidents. We currently serve customers across the Nordics and the United Kingdom and have achieved 200%+ annual growth for the past three years.
To support our continued expansion, we are now looking for a Sales Executive focused on the UK market, based in the UK. We are on a path to become the leading company in the public safety industry, and we are looking for people who want to be part of that journey and thrive in a high-paced environment. Our team will grow substantially in the coming years, offering you the opportunity to be part of something big from the very beginning. Prior experience in the industry is not a requirement, and we encourage applications from candidates with diverse professional backgrounds.
The Role: As a Sales Executive at Evam, you will be responsible for driving complex enterprise sales across the UK market, from first contact to signed contract. You will engage with senior decision-makers in public safety organisations and lead structured sales processes that typically run 6–24 months. Once a deal is signed, the customer is handed over to our project and delivery organisation. Your focus is clear: win new customers and close strategic deals.

- Initiate and develop relationships with senior decision-makers in public safety organisations
- Drive structured enterprise sales processes over long decision cycles (6–24 months)
- Lead opportunities from first dialogue to signed contract
- Understand the customer’s operational challenges and underlying business drivers
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments including executive leadership, operational leadership, procurement, and technical teams
Who you are: You are a hunter who thrives in complex sales environments. You are comfortable navigating long decision processes, multiple stakeholders, and technically complex solutions. Most importantly, you know how to drive deals forward and close them. You have experience selling enterprise technology solutions to public sector organisations or other complex B2B/B2G environments.
We believe you have:
- Several years of experience in complex B2B/B2G sales
- A track record of closing large enterprise deals
- Experience selling technical or software-based solutions
- Strong experience with new business development and prospecting
- Experience managing long and structured sales cycles (12–24 months)
- Experience working closely with technical and commercial teams in complex sales processes
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- A higher education degree, preferably in engineering, or a related field
Why Evam: At Evam, you will work on technology that directly impacts public safety and emergency response. You will join a fast-growing company, work with highly skilled colleagues, and play a key role in expanding Evam across the Nordic market.
