About Risk and Quant Solutions (RQS)

Risk and Quant is one of the fastest growing practices at Evalueserve. As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions.

We’ll trust you to:

  1. You will be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy for potential RQS prospects as well as your allocated accounts.
  2. Leverage and build advisory relationships with senior and C-level client executives that anchor long-term sustainable engagements with Evalueserve that are focused on strategic and priority areas.
  3. Understand Evalueserve’s solutions and products to be able to identify the target audience.
  4. Attend client meetings along with other Sales/Ops team members (as necessary), both as coaching opportunities and to expand Evalueserve\’s reach by elevating relationships.
  5. Connect the dots about clients’ internal programs and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities for Evalueserve.
  6. Understand the competitive landscape and gather necessary inputs on the competition.
  7. Lead, coach, and mentor teams, as well as work productively with matrixed organization, on the ongoing major initiatives.
  8. Ability to travel as needed.

What you’ll need to have:

  1. A track record selling to the Financial Services (CIO IBD office, with a special focus on trading and structuring desks of banks, index providers, and stock exchanges).
  2. Be able to articulate and understand nuances of structuring process end to end in both banking and asset management.
  3. Be able to articulate and show experience in Investment Banking, IBD operations, IB data and approach to index development is particularly key.
  4. Expert in market fundamentals and at least one asset class FX, Fixed income, Equity or Commodities.
  5. 8 – 10 years of Banking sales/business development experience across the above-mentioned types of organizations in the Financial Services industry.
  6. 10+ years of proven experience in meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas selling solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.
  7. A track record of creating innovative programmatic services to solve business problems.
  8. Experience selling to “C” suite, including trusted long-held and valued relationships and proven revenue growth and value contribution in a corporate environment.
  9. Experience in selling outsourcing and/or offshore knowledge services.
  10. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, listening and executive presentation skills.
  11. Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments.
  12. Experience in proactively customer relationships within an account expanding their understanding of the customer’s business.
  13. Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and large-scale deals in a collaborative environment.
  14. Strong written and oral communication skills, articulation skills, listening skills, team-playing skills, and interpersonal skills. Able to articulate views crisply and convincingly and adapt style to have the greatest impact on a given audience.
