Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy for potential RQS prospects as well as your allocated accounts.
- Leverage and build advisory relationships with senior and C-level client executives that anchor long-term sustainable engagements with Evalueserve that are focused on strategic and priority areas.
- Understand Evalueserve's solutions and products to be able to identify the target audience.
- Attend client meetings along with other Sales/Ops team members (as necessary), both as coaching opportunities and to expand Evalueserve reach by elevating relationships.
- Connect-the-dots about clients' internal programs, competitive dynamics etc. to identify new opportunities for Evalueserve.
- Understand the competitive landscape and gather necessary inputs on the competition
- Lead, coach, and mentor teams, as well as work productively within a matrixed organization, on the ongoing major initiatives.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Core Competencies
- A track record selling to the Financial Services (CRO organisation in banks focused on IB, Commercial and Retail Space; with special focus on model risk, risk technology and analytics; trading and structuring desks of banks and stock exchanges) "C" suite including trusted long-held and valued relationships, and proven revenue growth and value contribution in a corporate environment.
- 8-10 years of Banking sales / business development experience across the above-mentioned types of organisations in the Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas selling solutions to risk focused divisions in banks as described above.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to financial institutions, including familiarity with frameworks and standards such as credit risk models (e. g.
PD, LGD, EAD), market risk models (e. g.
Va R, FRTB), IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book), ICAAP reporting, stress testing, and Basel IV/CRR III requirements.
- A track record of creating innovative programmatic services, to solve business problems.
- Experience in selling outsourcing and/or offshore knowledge services.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, listening and executive presentation skills.
- Experience in positioning and selling technology to new customers and in new market segments.
- Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding understanding of the customer's business.
- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale deals in a collaborative environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, articulation skills, listening skills, team-playing skills, and interpersonal skills.
Able to articulate views crisply and convincingly and adapt style to have the greatest impact on a given audience.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused.
