What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning & Optimising the Tech Stack – Build and maintain HubSpot & Gong, ensuring seamless integrations and data accuracy.
  • Sales Performance Analytics – Create dashboards, track key metrics, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Driving CRM & Automation Best Practices – Enhance processes, streamline workflows, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Empowering Teams – Train users, troubleshoot issues, and maximize productivity across sales and marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in HubSpot & Gong – you know how to make these tools work seamlessly.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven – You turn numbers into insights and drive strategic decisions.
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – You understand CRM systems inside out and ensure data accuracy.
  • Problem-Solver with a Strategic Mindset – You spot inefficiencies and proactively fix them.
  • Highly Organized & Agile – You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities with ease.
  • Collaborative Communicator – You can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Reporting To: Chief Commercial Officer
