What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning & Optimising the Tech Stack – Build and maintain HubSpot & Gong, ensuring seamless integrations and data accuracy.
- Sales Performance Analytics – Create dashboards, track key metrics, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Driving CRM & Automation Best Practices – Enhance processes, streamline workflows, and implement scalable solutions.
- Empowering Teams – Train users, troubleshoot issues, and maximize productivity across sales and marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS environment.
- Expertise in HubSpot & Gong – you know how to make these tools work seamlessly.
- Analytical & Data-Driven – You turn numbers into insights and drive strategic decisions.
