Onboarding Specialist – SaaS | Remote (UK) | £45,000–£60,000
At evaluagent, we’re on a mission to transform how contact centres work. Our AI-powered QA and Conversation Intelligence platform helps sales and service teams go beyond reporting to actually improve agent performance and customer experience in real time. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help our customers get the very best start with evaluagent.
Location: Home based in the UK (must have right to work in the UK without sponsorship)

Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and Proof of Concept (PoC) projects from contract signature to go-live.
- Be the dedicated project lead, translating complex detail into clear, customer-ready solutions.
- Accelerate Time-to-Value by setting customers up for adoption and long-term success.
- Collaborate across Sales, Technical Success, and Customer Success to deliver seamless handovers.
- Support the Onboarding Manager to drive broader process strategy and improvement for scalability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in SaaS onboarding, project management, or customer delivery.
- 3+ years of experience using unstructured text/conversational analysis tools
- 1+ years of experience working with AI tools
- Experience creating and interpreting data visualisations
- Experience in data analytics, with a working knowledge of best practices regarding data-storytelling
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding projects.
- Commercially savvy, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
