Evalian are looking for a Client Operations Coordinator to join our Client Operations Team. The team is responsible for the smooth running of projects across the Penetration Testing and Cyber Security Practices as well as supporting business process improvements. The two main goals of the team are to ensure excellent client satisfaction as well as to fully enable projects for our sales team and consultants.
The Role
Your role will be to manage client projects across the Penetration Testing and Cyber Teams, ensuring that we are meeting expectations, timelines, and internal targets. Depending on current experience these projects will range in size and complexity with the ultimate aim that you will cover all levels over time.
Your activities will include:
- Project Coordination
- Ensuring the correct onboarding of new projects
- Scheduling projects effectively, highlighting project milestones with key stakeholders
- Arranging and facilitating project calls with clients and consultants
- Preparing and ensuring project documents are signed and agreed in advance of each project commencing
- Ensuring client and consultant prerequisites have been met
- Monitoring engagement progress and updating internal trackers
- Meeting project SLA’s
- Business Operations
- Tracking of project hours and highlighting concerns to Client Operations Manager and the allocated Account Manager
- Ensure that the client onboarding and offboarding processes are met and the client receives a smooth experience
- Supporting on continuous improvement of projects across the team and business.
The Person
You will ideally have some experience in a coordinator type role but be comfortable in learning new skills in a fast-moving environment, be able to contribute to our growth and become a valued member of the team.
You will require:

- Meticulous organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to map challenges with solutions
- Competent in customer facing situations
- Competent in the use of office applications, such as Excel, Word, Teams, and other common SaaS applications.
- Project Management, delivery management, scheduling or account management experience highly desirable but not essential.
The Package
The salary on offer will depend on experience and qualifications but will be in the range of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum. All employees get 25 days of annual leave per year, plus bank holidays and Birthday Day Off. Benefits include 5% employer contribution pension scheme, life insurance including employee assistance programme and on completion of probation, private medical insurance including dental and optical cashback.

Location
The role will be on a hybrid basis working from our Head Office (near Winchester) and you will be expected to work from the office 2-3 days per week depending on project requirements.
