Your Role
As a Technical Assistant, you will provide hands‑on technical and service support to both internal teams and our global agent network. You will gain exposure to a range of projects and develop practical skills in service operations, technical documentation, and stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical support: Provide expert advice and assistance to our worldwide agent network
- Service management: Handle service inquiries, including quoting, pricing, and selling within SAP
- Field coordination: Coordinate service engineer schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation such as installation guides, training materials, and reports
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with Technical, Product Development, Service, Production, and Sales teams
- Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and service engineers
What Will Help You Succeed
- Education: Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is advantageous
- Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of engineering principles; basic knowledge of electrical systems is an advantage
- Software skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and SAP is desirable
- Time management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with global teams and stakeholders
