Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage quotations for a wide range of products, ensuring technical accuracy and customer alignment.
- Convert quotes into orders through confident negotiation and timely follow‑up.
- Maintain accuracy in SAP and CRM systems and assist with order processing as required.
- Respond to quotation requests promptly, with an average turnaround of 24 hours.
- Monitor performance metrics like hit rates and gross margins, striving for continuous improvement.
- Identify and seize up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share leads, insights, and market trends.
