We’re searching for a skilled and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our clients’ success to new heights. If you thrive on building strong relationships, supporting clients in the SaaS tech industry, and making a real impact, keep reading.
- Deliver exceptional customer support.
- Foster and develop valuable relationships with our VIP clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving adoption, retention, and expansion of our services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling our software products and services through regular customer reviews.
- Act as the go-to person for escalated issues that require special attention beyond the capabilities of our Client/Project Management team.
- Collaborate with other teams to meet customer needs, monitor success metrics, and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Create and organize training resources, such as online courses, webinars, and workshops, to empower our clients and enhance their EVA experience.
- Advocate for our customers within EVA, effectively communicating their needs and requirements to our Product and Business Analysis teams.
