Wholly owned and fully backed by the Land Transport Authority (LTA), we are leading the nationwide deployment of EV chargers and the electrical infrastructure upgrades that make cleaner transportation possible. This role sits at the forefront of a large-scale transformation—expanding EV charging infrastructure across public residential carparks and supporting the nation’s transition to sustainable transport.
What You’ll Do
- As a Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will be a key driver in accelerating EV charger deployment across Singapore.
- Lead strategic partnerships with Town Councils, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to enable large-scale EV charging point (EVCP) deployment.
- Shape and execute deployment strategies to meet ambitious national targets under the EV masterplan.
- Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, trust, and long‑term collaboration.
- Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to negotiate plans, align goals, and drive successful project delivery.
- Champion public engagement efforts, raising awareness and support for EV infrastructure initiatives.
- Oversee implementation timelines and operations, ensuring smooth deployment and sustainable downstream maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or customer relations.
- Strong relationship‑building and people management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- A strategic and agile mindset, with high emotional intelligence in managing diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with data and tools such as the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s EV ecosystem or sustainability initiatives is an advantage.
