We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Corporate General Manager to lead the operational and commercial performance of our Corporate Accounts function. This key leadership role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving service excellence, improving account performance, and ensuring long-term customer retention across a portfolio of corporate accounts.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user queries, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and appropriately escalate complex issues.
- Lead day-to-day operational and commercial performance of the Corporate Accounts function.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customers.
- Lead customer business reviews, engagement meetings, and performance discussions.
- Drive customer loyalty, retention, and long-term account stability.
- Monitor KPI, SLA, operational, and financial performance across accounts.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve service delivery and account performance.
- Support management and resolution of customer escalations and service concerns.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, and Customer Service teams to improve customer outcomes.
- Support and develop the Corporate Customer Service Manager to ensure high service standards and operational performance.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives, customer solutions, and value‑added services.
- Provide reporting, insight, and recommendations to support business decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing customer accounts, account performance, or customer service operations within a logistics, distribution, or service‑led environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of customer retention, profitability, and account performance.
