The Role
Join us as a Post Delivery Coordinator within our Operations team where you will be working on large-scale contracts. You will be a valued member of the operation, helping us to achieve and surpass service and financial targets. Role is tempt to perm with an initial 6-month contract.

You will be based at our head office in Ashby de la Zouch
Main Duties Include
- Maintain accurate and timely communications with clients and operating partners to maintain high standards of service.
- Accurate and timely reporting of information in respect of proof of delivery documentation.

- Arrival/Departure times
- Process and track returns back to customer locations
- Maintain accurate information and databases to provide an audit trail for all transactions with clients and operating partners.
- Maintain and create reports as required
- Provide support to the contract team as required.
Key Skills And Experience Required
- Previous admin / customer service experience.
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent IT skills.
- Experience of Windows 10 in a business capacity.
- Excellent communication skills including polite telephone manner.
