About the Role

As Systems and Process Manager , you will play a crucial role within EV Cargo’s Digital Transformation Team . Working closely with the Digital Transformation Director and wider team, you will lead key initiatives to enhance internal processes and external technical service offerings.

This role involves reviewing, designing, and implementing business processes and technical developments across multiple platforms and functions. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and nearshore development teams to ensure that technology delivers tangible improvements for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead systems and process transformation projects, managing stakeholder expectations
  • Identify inefficient operational processes and recommend technology-based improvements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
  • Define and apply best practice governance for project deployment and solution delivery
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses to support business case development
  • Use business requirements to drive process design and manage project scope
  • Plan and coordinate user testing, training, and issue resolution
  • Produce clear documentation and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with external partners to gather feedback and continuously improve service delivery
  • Mentor and guide Junior Business Analysts within the team
  • Identify risks and opportunities associated with process or system changes
  • Secure senior management approval for recommended process changes
  • Communicate the benefits of process improvements across departments and support their implementation
  • Support teams through change adoption, acting as a key point of contact for issue resolution
  • Evaluate and report on the impact of process and technology changes

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who wants to grow with us and play a key role in EV Cargo’s transformation journey. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar systems/process management role, ideally within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain
  • Essential experience working with CargoWise – applications without this experience unfortunately cannot be considered
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • A technical understanding of system development and integrations is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • High-quality documentation and presentation skills
