Are you a commercially driven sales leader with experience building new business, leading international teams and driving revenue growth across enterprise markets? I'm partnering with an established international organisation operating at the intersection of learning, skills development and workforce transformation (SaaS & Platform). With a global customer base and ambitious growth plans, the business is investing in its commercial leadership team to support the next phase of expansion.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of new business sales across multiple regions and play a key role in shaping future growth. As Global Head of Sales, you will hold your own target / quota, lead a team operating across EMEA, APAC & North America driving new business performance and support strategic growth initiatives.
This role combines international sales leadership, commercial / new business strategy and hands-on involvement in complex enterprise opportunities.
- Lead and develop an international / global new business sales team, 4-5 direct reports
- Drive new business revenue growth across enterprise and strategic accounts
- Support complex, high-value sales opportunities from qualification through to close
- Build alignment between commercial strategy and regional execution
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Success and involve yourself in Sales Enablement and Bids to maximise growth opportunities
- Develop sales capability, forecasting accuracy and performance management processes
- Act as a senior commercial leader within the organisation
Proven experience leading & managing international sales professionals (at least 2 of UK/Europe, North America, APAC regions - LATAM, Middle East & South Africa could be relevant in time also). Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on commercial contributor. Strong stakeholder management and executive-level engagement skills. Commercially astute, data-driven and highly customer-focused.
Learning Technology, Corporate Learning & Development, Workforce Transformation, Skills & Capability Development, Human Capital / Talent Solutions, Professional Services and/or Consultative B2B SaaS environments.
Fully remote UK-based role. Opportunity to influence commercial strategy and growth. £120,000 basic salary plus 50% bonus/commission.
