Contract Opportunity: Reward Delivery Consultant - 12 months
We are seeking an experienced Rewards Delivery Consultant to join a global organisation on a 12-month contract basis, supporting the design, delivery and continuous improvement of reward programmes across an international business. Please note this role will require onsite presence of at least 3 days per week.
Role Overview
This role provides specialist reward expertise, supporting the development and implementation of global reward initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to analyse market data, ensure governance and compliance, and help shape competitive and effective reward solutions.
