My client, one of the largest employers in Northampton, is looking for an IT Business Partner to join them. Acting as the bridge between the IT function and Professional Services, including HR, Finance and Estates, your primary role would be to ensure effective collaboration, an understanding of each division’s technology needs, and facilitating the adoption of IT solutions.
You may be an experienced IT Business Partner, or we would also welcome applications from professionals with an Account Management or Customer Success background. Exceptional customer care skills are required, and you must be confident in liaising with both technical and non-technical staff and departments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS- Proven Customer Service skills – this may have been gained in a similar role or from an Account Management / Customer Success role

- You do not have to come from a traditional IT background, but you must have an understanding of IT and be keen to learn
