Role Overview: I'm seeking a skilled Head of EdTech to lead technology strategy, implementation and governance in an education setting with thousands of global users. In this newly created position you'll be responsible for aligning edtech platforms & tools to teaching and learning priorities on a global and local level. The current education technology landscape internally is vast, fragmented and varied but includes LMS, Digital & Online Learning, Parent Portals and MIS as well as emerging tech such as AI and VR.
Key Responsibilities for the Head of Education Technology & Innovation:
- Defining and executing strategy
- Influencing and getting buy in amongst national and international stakeholders
- Establishing compliance amongst the current edtech tools and platforms that are being utilised
- Driving innovation with emerging technologies
Desired Skills:
- The seniority, leadership and gravitas to influence and drive change
- Hands on when it comes to the leading of programme delivery & systems implementation
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in the international K-12 school sector
