I'm partnering with a growing AI and digital skills organisation to find an organised, commercially curious Executive & Commercial Assistant who enjoys making things happen. This is more than a traditional executive support role. You'll help the CEO manage their time and priorities while ensuring valuable relationships, introductions and business opportunities don't get lost.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the CEO's diary, inbox, meetings and travel
- Researching organisations and senior contacts to support new business
- Preparing personalised outreach and following up on introductions
- Keeping HubSpot up to date and coordinating commercial opportunities
- Using AI tools and simple automations to improve processes and save time
What you'll bring
You might be an Executive Assistant looking for a more commercial role, a sales development / SDR professional with excellent organisational skills or someone working in business support or commercial operations. I'm looking for strong communication, attention to detail, sound judgement and a proactive approach. Experience with a CRM and practical use of AI tools are important; experience in learning, training or technology would be beneficial also. You don't need to tick every box.
