We are supporting an iconic global lifestyle brand with the appointment of an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to help deliver a major supply-chain planning transformation. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who is comfortable getting into the detail, driving actions and personally moving a complex project forward. It is not a high-level programme governance or advisory assignment.

THE ROLE

You will help deliver the next phase of a global transformation spanning:

  • Demand planning
  • Assortment planning
  • Allocation and replenishment
  • Supply Chain, Merchandising and Commercial processes
  • Market adoption and new ways of working

Working across global and regional teams, you will translate the programme's objectives into clear plans, milestones and accountable actions - ensuring that decisions are made, dependencies are managed and delivery remains on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and maintain the detailed project plan, milestones and delivery cadence
  • Coordinate activity across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Commercial, Markets and Technology
  • Drive actions through to completion and actively resolve delivery blockers
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and critical decisions
  • Prepare clear status reporting and decision materials for senior stakeholders
  • Run effective working groups, workshops and governance meetings
  • Support business readiness, testing, adoption and implementation
  • Ensure the transformation delivers measurable operational outcomes
  • Provide structure and momentum while remaining pragmatic and delivery-oriented
