• Support on the design, development, and maintenance of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Customise the CRM platform to meet business needs, including configuring modules, workflows, and reports.
• Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and support to gather and define requirements.
• Document CRM configurations and development processes.

  Requirements:

• Proficiency in customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with integration techniques (SOAP, RESTful APIs).
• Knowledge of data migration tools and third-party solutions.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210).
