We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of an enterprise SaaS platform for complex, global customers. You'll take ownership of implementations end-to-end from discovery and solution design through configuration, go-live, and adoption acting as the primary point of contact for the client throughout delivery.
What you'll do:
- Lead enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live
- Run discovery workshops and translate requirements into configured solutions
- Manage delivery using Agile methodologies (JIRA)
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Experience delivering multiple SaaS implementations in a customer-facing role
- Background in Implementation, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Delivery
- Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and similar platforms
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
