We are partnering with an international legal technology consultancy that is experiencing a significant growth phase. As they expand, they are looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development to establish and drive their presence in the UK market.
This company collaborates with some of the most advanced and technology-focused law firms, and your role will be to develop and implement a sales strategy that accelerates revenue growth within the legal sector. Utilising a consultative and solution-based sales approach, you will leverage C-level relationships to demonstrate the company’s expertise in Document Management Solutions, IT Strategy, and Knowledge Management. This is an exciting opportunity to build a new territory from the ground up and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s UK business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the UK’s top 50 law firms
- Identify, engage, and cultivate new client relationships, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on client retention, account management, and upselling opportunities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the legal industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate sales activity and pipeline data
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market competition, and client needs to refine sales strategies
- 5+ years of experience selling technical professional services to major law firms and legal departments
- Strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind legal technology
- Proven track record in due diligence, deal structuring, and successfully developing a sales territory
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives (CIOs, CFOs, Managing Partners, etc.)
