A high-growth, purpose-led learning & training business is hiring a Head of Growth (suitable for a Head of Sales) to lead its next phase of commercial scale.

Location: London (Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office ideally)

Salary: £80-100k with £15-30k commission/bonus and EMI / Share Options

The Business:

Operating at the intersection of technology, learning and workforce transformation, this organisation partners with global enterprises to build capability in AI, digital & future skills.

The role:

  • Youll own and evolve the growth engine across sales - working with marketing and product.
  • Define and execute a scalable GTM strategy.
  • Build and optimise enterprise pipeline.
  • Align product, marketing and commercial teams around growth, initially line managing 3-4 people.
  • Drive revenue performance and forecasting accuracy.
  • Shape a high-performing, inclusive growth culture.

  • Proven experience in growth, revenue and/or commercial leadership (Learning / LMS / LXP, future skills, workforce transformation preferred).
  • Experienced in scale-up environments, reporting directly to a CEO.
  • Track record of building pipeline and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (Tech, L&D, HR, CSR), ideally with global / international reach.
  • Data-led, collaborative and customer-centric approach.
