This isn’t about producing decks. It’s about shaping decisions that directly move profit across hundreds of stores.
The impact you’ll have:
- Store profitability transformation – identify exactly where profit is being won or lost at store level and influence immediate corrective action
- Labour optimisation – challenge store labour models, productivity assumptions and staffing structures to unlock sustainable margin improvement
- Balanced scorecards that drive behaviour – design and embed performance measures that actually change how stores operate day to day (not vanity metrics)
- Store refit ROI ownership – assess and track the financial return of major refit and investment programmes, ensuring capital is deployed where it truly pays back
- Stock integrity & book stock discipline – improve accuracy, reduce leakage, and strengthen working capital control across the estate
- Budgeting & forecasting leadership – build robust, driver-based forecasts that reflect operational reality, not just finance assumptions
- Operational decision support – partner with field teams to turn performance data into actions that improve sales, margin and cash
