FP&A Manager | Hybrid ( 2 days office based ) | Permanent – Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A professional to join a growing retail business. Operating within a fast-paced environment and reporting to a Senior FP&A Manager, this role plays a key part in driving commercial and financial performance.
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead month-end performance reporting (P&L and cashflow) and prepare key insight packs for senior leadership
• Combine internal and external data to drive actionable insight and challenge commercial performance
• Support planning cycles including Budgeting, Forecasting and 3-Year Planning
• Manage stakeholder queries across multiple functions and regional teams
• Oversee balance sheet controls and ensure accurate reconciliations
• Build financial models and develop presentations that support long-term strategic planning
• Contribute to ongoing transformation and integration activities across the business
What we’re looking for:
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in FP&A and/or commercial finance roles
• Highly analytical with the ability to simplify complex data
• Confident communicator capable of influencing at all levels
• Self-starter mindset with strong prioritisation skills
• Experience with SAP / BI tools / Power BI and HFM desirable
