Programme lead - IT/HR system (Workday) 6 month, Outside IR35 £700 - £800 per day North London Assignment to start May 2026

Urgently seeking an experienced Programme Manager / Leader to oversee programme delivery at a critical timing in the project cycle.

Brief: The Programme Lead will have significant experience managing IT/HR systems projects, (Workday would be an advantage). This is a leadership role responsible for the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and optimization of Workday HCM and related modules. This role typically bridges the gap between HR strategy and technical IT execution, ensuring the system is scalable, secure, and user-centric.
