We’re looking for a commercially focused Finance Analyst to play a key role in driving performance, insight, and value across a portfolio of major customers. You’ll support accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis to enable smarter commercial decisions and help shape future growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering weekly and monthly performance reporting across key customers.
- Streamlining data, systems, and reports to improve efficiency and governance.
- Supporting integration activities and ad‑hoc commercial finance projects.
- Ensuring financial controls are followed, particularly around trade investment.
- Tracking and analysing trade spend, promotional performance & ROI.
- Ident risks/opportunities and contributing to scenario planning.
- Preparing insightful variance analysis and reporting for senior commercial stakeholders.
- Following a structured development plan to step into a Finance Business Partner position.
What We’re Looking For
- Part‑qualified CIMA (or equivalent), with relevant commercial/FP&A experience.
- Confident working independently and solving business challenges.
- Strong analytical mindset — able to turn complex data into clear insight.
- Able to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
- Experience in FMCG, retail or supply chain is highly desirable.
£46‑50k Basic, annual company bonus, full study and benefits package.
