Eutopia Search is partnering with a successful £100m turnover business to appoint a Head of Commercial Finance. This is a high-profile leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and develop a newly established commercial finance function while acting as a key business partner to the Managing Director and wider operational leadership team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of five and play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, improving financial visibility, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a newly established Commercial Finance team of five.
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director and operational leadership teams to influence performance and support business growth.
  • Deliver meaningful commercial insight, analysis, and challenge to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance reporting, controls, and decision-making by leveraging data and insights from operational systems.
