We’re working with a forward-thinking, progressive manufacturing business in Northampton that’s investing heavily in growth, systems, and people — and they’re now looking to bring in a talented Finance Analyst to support that journey.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified accountant (or finalist close to qualifying) who wants to step into a commercially focused role with real visibility across the business.
The Role:- Partner with operations and senior stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight
- Analyse product costings, margins, and performance trends
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting and systems
- Get involved in strategic decision-making and ongoing business transformation
- ACCA / CIMA finalist or newly qualified
- Experience within manufacturing or a product-based environment is highly desirable
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Keen to develop in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Salary: £60,000 + benefit
Location: Northants / Hybrid working
