The Opportunity
- You’ll take full responsibility for the credit control function, driving cash collection, reducing risk, and implementing robust processes that support the business as it continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the credit control function
- Drive cash collection performance and reduce aged debt
- Implement and refine credit policies, controls, and procedures
- Assess and manage customer credit risk and exposure
- Produce insightful reporting on KPIs, cash flow, and debtor performance
- Partner with sales and finance teams to support commercial decision-making
- Identify and deliver process and system improvements
About You
- Proven experience in a Credit Manager or senior-level credit role
- Strong track record of improving cash flow and reducing debtor days
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to challenge and influence
- Hands-on, commercially aware, and solutions-focused
- Strong Excel and systems capability
