Eutopia Search are working with a large, well-established corporate business in Milton Keynes looking to strengthen their commercial finance team with the addition of a high-calibre FP&A Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where finance plays a key role in driving strategic decision-making and long-term growth.
The Role
- Leading on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning (including a 5-year plan)
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Building and maintaining robust financial models
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Supporting month-end reporting and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred)
