We're working with an award-winning, fast-paced business to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner into a highly visible and influential role. This is an opportunity to step into a true business partnering position, owning a key customer contract and working closely with senior operational stakeholders to drive performance, insight, and strategic decision-making.
The Role:
- Partner with senior operational leaders to influence performance and profitability
- Own financial reporting, forecasting, and contract performance analysis
- Deliver insightful commentary on KPIs, margins, cash flow, and working capital
- Support bids, contract negotiations, and commercial decision-making
- Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in contract-led or multi-site environments
- Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, analytical mindset
