We’re partnering with a fast-paced, growing SME in Northampton to hire a Management Accountant into a broad and hands-on role with real visibility across the business. The Role:
- Production of monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Variance analysis and performance reporting
- Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Supporting process improvements and driving efficiencies
What We’re Looking For:
- Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
- Strong management accounts experience within an SME or fast-paced environment
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to work closely with stakeholders
- Good Excel skills and systems awareness
