I’m recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast-growing, values-led organisation that has expanded rapidly through both acquisition and organic growth. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a Financial Controller in a Global, multi-entity environment where finance plays a key role in supporting the wider business.

This role offers a hybrid working model (2 days in the office) and would suit a newly qualified accountant (or Qualified by Experience) looking to broaden their experience and take on increased responsibility. This is a key role supporting the management accounting function, working closely with the Financial Controller in delivering the P&L and BS results of their trading entities, finance systems maintenance and improvements in systems and processes centrally.

The Role

  • Support the Financial Controller across month-end and core finance activities, including:
  • Month-end support including accruals and prepayments
  • Daily bank reconciliations and matching payments to invoices
  • Ownership of key cost reports
  • Maintaining daily cash flow forecasts
  • Supporting maintenance of the Finance System
  • Work closely with the finance operations team to ensure end-to-end processes are efficient
  • Supporting ad-hoc finance projects as the business continues to grow

About You

  • Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or QBE
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in international organisations, comfortable with multi-entity structures / FX complexity
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
