The Role:
As Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a high growth, extremely ambitious and purpose-driven organisation. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, you’ll lead a team to deliver first-class commercial insights, business partner to Senior Stakeholders, performance reviews & financial planning & analysis. This is your opportunity to work closely with leadership to drive commercial success in a dynamic & market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic insights to influence critical business decisions.
- Develop pricing models that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Deliver tailored financial dashboards and reporting for clients.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance Level (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in senior FP&A or commercial finance roles, within FMCG or Retail industries.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- A strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership experience and a passion for team development.
