The Role

  • Working within Group FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting board-level planning cycles, delivering insightful analysis, and helping shape strategic decision-making across the organisation.
  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insight for executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

Candidate Profile

  • Strong FP&A and financial planning experience within a large, complex organisation
  • Experience operating within a Plc, listed company, or global brand environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to present confidently to senior and demanding audiences
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
  • High attention to detail combined with intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work at pace and operate with autonomy

Preferred Background

The following experience would be advantageous:

  • Group FP&A or Divisional FP&A looking to move into Group
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidates
  • Strong academics is a must
  • Experience within retail, consumer, FMCG, or other large-scale corporate environments
  • Candidates making a second move following qualifying in practice into industry are also encouraged to apply
