Are you a qualified Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role and values flexibility? We’re looking for an experienced and driven professional to join a growing finance team in a fully remote position. The team all meet up once a week in Surrey, so ideally someone based in Surrey, Sussex or Hampshire who enjoys the balance of autonomy and collaboration.
Salary between £55,000 to £60,000 per annum + 20% bonus
Fully remote working with weekly in-person team collaboration in Surrey

Involvement in exciting strategic projects including ERP implementation, sustainability reporting and labour productivity analysis.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a key role within a high-performing finance function. You’ll take full ownership of financial control and reporting for three entities across the UK and Ireland, while also managing a small team and overseeing payroll functions for both head office and wider operations.
- Monthly management accounts and budgeting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and statutory accounts
- Overseeing Payroll for head office and coordination with an outsourced provider for wider teams
- Supporting ERP rollout and driving data-led decisions on labour productivity
A confident qualified accountant with strong Excel and Xero experience would be an advantage.
